1. The concierge offered to send up some blankets and stated that we shouldnt worry because the weather was supposed to get better in the coming days (which it didnt.

2. If im going to say anything bad about the place its the lifts they seem to have a mind of there own and were very small on a morning its better to take the stairs down or up because your wait can be up to 15 to get to the ground from the 6th floor and vice versa.

4. The room itself looks very tired, curtains and netting have seen better days, same can be said about the carpet and other fittings, I believe there is an ongoing refurbishment programme going on, well Holiday Inn get the money out and get on with it.

8. I stayed in B Tower which hasn't been renovated, (at least I don't think it has) and maybe A Tower would have been better.
