4. When my teen age daughter came down with the flu (spoiling much of our NYC planned fun) the staff was wonderful, suggesting the best drug stores locally for different things, bringing up extra comforters (as her fever had her shivering) and one of the maids suggested a doctor who was nearby, which thankfully, we didnt' need.

5. Like I said, we really enjoyed our time there, New York is an amazing city and it was the first time that we had been snowed on (freak snow storm 29 Oct 11) which was fun for about 10 minutes then it just bugged me being so cold and wet.
