5. so we go up to our room and our room and corridor smelled of ciggarette smoke i sprayed my room of perfume the room was clean and tidy same for the bathroom but no fridge no microwave cleaners came everyday did a great job supplied us with clean towels daily,next morning went straight to reception to ask if we can be moved to another room that didnt seem to be a problem and finally we got a connecting room for the whole family without the pong which was great but we shared our room with a mouse which my husband and daughter saw for their own eyes.

6. I stayed here for five nights and loved the place it was clean the staff were very friendly and the location was the main feature 4 minute walk to central park a quick bus ride to 7th ave.

7. So enjoy the city and know you have a clean, comfortable bed to crash on whenever you drag your butt back to the hotel.

10. As some have said, it is in need of some refurbishment, but this not really a problem if the rooms are kept clean - which they were.
