5. so we go up to our room and our room and corridor smelled of ciggarette smoke i sprayed my room of perfume the room was clean and tidy same for the bathroom but no fridge no microwave cleaners came everyday did a great job supplied us with clean towels daily,next morning went straight to reception to ask if we can be moved to another room that didnt seem to be a problem and finally we got a connecting room for the whole family without the pong which was great but we shared our room with a mouse which my husband and daughter saw for their own eyes.

9. just got back from a 4 night stay in on the 14apr all was well comfy beds in room 1520, staff very friendly, good location near all the great foods (hells kitchen)would defiantly go back.
