1. They have a very good concierge service that got us some good tickets for a couple of shows, they have a nice bar area but breakfast is nice but priced on high side cheaper outside hotel and there are quite a few places nearby staff are very helpfull, lifts are a little small sometimes you have to wait.

2. The location of the hotel is great, close to the theater district, central park and only 10 mins walk from the underground (to travel we got metrocards which we kept topping up but it's sometimes cheaper and easier to get 7 day unlimited passes) The only meal we had in the restaurant was breakfast but it was very good and actually cheaper than the diner across the road.

8. I didn't drive during my stay in NYC, though, but if you intend to go by car, make sure to look for a cheaper location unless money isn't a problem.
