3. anyway back to this hotel we needed 2 rooms we had 6 people in our family so when we checked in they gave us 2 rooms on separate floors,when we asked to have rooms next to one another the best they could do was on the same floor but still separated so we took that offer up as it was 11pm and we just spent 15 hours on a plane and was exhausted.

When my teen age daughter came down with the flu (spoiling much of our NYC planned fun) the staff was wonderful, suggesting the best drug stores locally for different things, bringing up extra comforters (as her fever had her shivering) and one of the maids suggested a doctor who was nearby, which thankfully, we didnt' need.

10. If you qualify for a discount rate, this can be a real bargain; at least in my case, it was the best deal I have found in Midtown.
