1. There seemed to be a lot less staff than there had been 12 months ago, and I wonder whether the hotel is attempting to cut back by reducing the number of staff they employ.

4. went to New york as a 50th birthday treat with my cousin and we couldnt have picked a nicer, friendly hotel, the staff were very obliging, even helped us with places to go and eat, the rooftop restaurant was superb, the staff were very wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed, the manager peter was very proffesional and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, cant praise the staff here enough , will be returning next year for sure.

5. Until the attitude changes and the staff realizes that the patrons are the only reason they have a job there is NO reason to choose this hotel in a city that is blessed with a great many wonderful hotels.
