1. It's a lovely walk from the subway down quiet charming residential streets.

2. The lobby is small and unpreposessing, but how much time are you going to spend in there anyway? The hotel doesn't look much from the outside either, but inside it's different, with lovely rooms and bathrooms, so I would recommend it to other travellers.
