4. I must say a personal thank you to Helena Blat the general manager there who made our stay so special with little extra touches - some of which I did ask for in advance - but didn't expect such a high level of customer service :) The room itself was the size you would expect in NYC - we were quite pleasantly surprised as it wasn't as tiny as some reviews had led us to believe.
