1. You can have a fridge and a microwave free of charge, but you have to request it.

2. The hotel needs to offer coffee in rooms, free wifi or something to offset the distance from most of the major attractions.

3. After complaining numerous times we were finally moved to the 18th floor the next day and for our trouble we were given free wifi for the duration of our stay (usually $10 oer night) which was really nice of them.

4. No coffee maker (just an small pricy coffee bar in the lobby with an every day very unfriendly woman), no mini-bar (just a few bottles standing together with the TV on the desk- no space), no free internet (but nevertheless extreme slowly).

9. When trying to inquire with the manager about cleaning them, we were told the hotel had no in-house laundry and they tried to offer us a free breakfast in exchange from my pants being ruined.
