4. Although I hear this is the norm in NY?? Also it is quite noisy, again not a huge deal - take some ear plugs as I did as I had read it was noisy, and dont bother with the 'rooftop' bar, expensive and pretty rubbish by NYC cocktail standards.

Me and my sister went to new york this april, This hotel was lovely, i dont understand why there are bad comments on here, the reception staff were really nice and very helpful, they even ordered us a pizza on our first night as we arrived late, we got upgraded to a suite to, we were very happy about that as we were not expecting it, we had 2 TV's a huge bed that was very comfortable, a nice size bathroom and a street view.
