1. and the front desk staff always remembered us everytime we entered and exited, maybe i was just super happy to be back in new york or else i would have been extremely disappointed.

2. After a day of shopping we arrived back at our room and to our surprise, there was a bottle of champagne chilling and a note from the hotel saying happy b'day and thanking us for choosing bently hotel along with dark chocolates.

3. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, and it was quite expensive, but we were happy with the hotel.

4. By the next day we couldn't stand it so called for help again - this time the maintenance man did solve the problem (though he had to take the front of the unit off to do it) and we were happy until a cooler day towards the end of the week.

8. If anyone at our little hotel said this to a guest without doing everything they could to make the guest happy they would be out of a job.
