1. After a rude check-in which didn't offer a welcome, hello, enjoy your stay or even a smile we went up to our guestroom thinking they really didn't want or need our business.

8. ha) The usual cons: The rooms are small (welcome to NY); the elevators are slow (welcome to NY); the heat and AC are from the dark ages (welcome to NY); the only thing they could really legitimately use is regrouting of the showers.
