1. After a rude check-in which didn't offer a welcome, hello, enjoy your stay or even a smile we went up to our guestroom thinking they really didn't want or need our business.

7. Not only did the 3 door staff not offer so much as a welcome or a smile, but they failed to even hold the door open for us or even offer to help us with our bags.

8. ha) The usual cons: The rooms are small (welcome to NY); the elevators are slow (welcome to NY); the heat and AC are from the dark ages (welcome to NY); the only thing they could really legitimately use is regrouting of the showers.
