1. on a positive note the location of the hotel is great it really is the best place to work from.

4. The only negatives is the air-con is noisey, we didn't have a view from our window which ended up being a positive as we didn't hear any road noise etc.

5. Only positives were location (3 blocks east of Times Square) and 1 of 2 concierge staff (put us on to great food, the other basically told us to look up and down the street outside the hotel and pick something).

6. The hotel is in a great position, we walked everywhere, Times Square, Macys, Central Park, The Harbour etc.

8. Inevitably, given the position of the hotel, adjacent to some very tall buildings, the room was very dark inside.

9. The walls are panelled with dark wood, fire places are positioned at either end and the liveried bar staff are faultlessly polite and efficient.
