1. If you are like me, I would recommend staying at the Waldorf Astoria where it's similar in rate but superior in guest service.

We asked at the front desk (a different person than before) to check we were in the right room and was told in the same indifferent, bored voice that 'yes, it's a superior' we stated we weren't very happy, there was wallpaper peeling off, the enamel was peeling off the bath, and were told 'there's no other rooms available' and then turned away from us.
