1. Yes I would agree the hotel is not perfect, the lobby and decor very attractive, we found all the staff very helpful and friendly, but the rooms are not the best i have ever stayed in, having said that we were not in it very much so i don't know why people get so worked up about rooms.

3. We did not purchase any tickets through them, as we prefer to go right to the box offce for the best seats and avoid any type of service fees.
