4. We have visited new York before and had done the major tourist things but did visit the Rockefeller centre by night, this is just around the corner off of 5th Avenue.

6. Be aware that almost everyone wants tips and they aren't afraid to demand them (taxi drivers being the worse) and don't be surprised by the grumpy obnoxious attitudes of new york'ans.

7. If in new York make sure you visit the Empire STate building and for some bargains -Woodbury Common.

8. The bathroom was tiny ensuring that it's a bt of a shuffle getting in and out but your not in new York to sit on the toilet are you?The location was great being in the middle of manhattan and close to Grand Central station and the subways system.

9. the first one we had was cramped and noisy, but they happily gave us a new room the following day which was much, much better - so make a fuss if you need to.
