1. Didn't eat within the hotel, but from what i saw of the food it all looked good.

2. I stayed at the Roosevelt for 5 nights, and after trying to find a good hotel with a good price ( everything was sold out or VERT expensive due to the United Nations General Assembly) we found the Roosevelt, which was a great surprise.
