3. I was surprised at some of the negative comments here as we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be perfect - reception staff were friendly and efficient and there was plenty of information available in the hotel.

5. There was more than enough room to walk around the furniture & there was plenty of room to put clothes away, we had a cupboard with hanging space and loads of floor space to store luggage.

10. RoomWe were on the higher floors, our room was pretty big, the bed was really comfortable and we had plenty of space for both of us (I do know the rooms tend to be small in NY and other rooms were smaller, but we had no problems with ours).
