I keep returning because: The location is terrific, close to the theatres, Central Park; shopping; the restaurant is reasonably priced and bright, with a great view of Times Square; the rooms are reasonably priced, especially for that area; rooms are quiet; the HVAC system is quiet and actually allows you to set the room temperature wherever you want it; staff are friendly and helpful.
