My husband and I have just returned from a trip to NYC, we stayed 5 nights at Novotel and here is what we thought:Pros:- Great location, right on Times Square, if you want to stay in this area- efficient service - Our room was pretty big for NYC- We didn't hear any noise from the street or the other rooms- I loved the glass wall between the shower and the bedroom that switches from transparent to opaque just by pressing a button .
