Have just returned from a fantastic trip to New York, stayed at this hotel and had no complaints whatsoever, everyone was friendly and helpful, Room was good, plenty big enough, cleaned daily( if I was going to suggest anything , would ask for tea/ coffee making facilities ) huge thanks to Ryan (assistan front office manager) who was so kind and helped when we had difficulty with logging in to computer/ printing off boarding passes, very much appreciated, All in all you can't go wrong booking this hotel, location is fantastic,Our first trip to the 'Big Apple' , wonderful place, already thinking of next trip and would not hesitate to return to the Novotel, Times Square.
