1. We hesitated to book Novotel due to some poor reviews regarding room quality but decided to give it a whirl and are really pleased that we did; this hotel is in THE best location and of good quality.

7. please know that we are on high alert regarding this issue and are mindful to monitor our rooms frequently in order to address, treat and terminate any issues if we discover them.

9. Not 5 minutes after I was in my room a very nice man delivered a duve` cover as a top sheet for me and said if there was ANYTHING at all I needed to please let him know.

10. please be aware that when checking out and asking for a taxi to the airport they dont try and shove you into a limo or unlicenced vehicle, that final experience slighty ruined my experience of the hotel.
