1. I had to use the ice machine and an ice bucket to keep milk or yogurts fresh during the night which is something very basic when you travel with young children.

2. Breakfast is a bit pricey (once you've added tax and gratuity) but extensive, with pancakes, waffle, bacon, egg, sausages, croissants, donuts, fresh fruit, etc.

8. I liked the mozarella cheese which tasted very fresh, but they had no olive oil or balsamic vinegar for it that usually comes with mozarella.

10. The lobby and bar area of the hotel is very nice, but the hallways on the 20th floor could definitely use fresh paint and new carpet, although it wasn't too bad.
