1. The heating/cooling system constantly blew warm air, despite setting the thermostat to a chilly 60 degrees.

2. Next morning December 6th called front desk and the lady said that the cooling system was not on the night before? but would be turned on later? We went out sightseeing for the day and when we returned the room was still warm they offered to do nothing again we were tired from sightseeing and went to bed.

3. We arrived on the 5th of December and found the room to be very warm after calling the front desk we discussed giving the room time to cool down scene we just arrived there.

5. We were there in January and had to open the windows to cool the room off, we weren't able to adjust the temperature.

6. Did I arrive before the maid had finished making up the room? Did a late-check-out guest couple take another romp between the sheets before leaving? I had the same problem as another guest who commented on the board, with getting the room cool enough to sleep, and had to resort to opening the window.

7. There was no coffee/tea making equipment, but you could get ice from a machine in the hall (they provided glasses and an ice bucket in the rooms) and we put our water bottles or milk carton (for the 3 year old) in the ice bucket to keep cool.
