1. It seemed that for the low NYC price it would not be so nice.

3. The kitchen is a nice addition to the room, but the bathroom was a little on the small sizes for us.

4. We called the front desk and within 5 minutes a very nice gentleman was at our door and ended up replacing the TV within about 15 minutes we were up and running again.
