1. In general a very good hotel but like all of the other hotels these days in NYC a bit pricey.

3. This was my second visit to this hotel for business and while it is convenient, offers a nice breakfast buffet, is clean and generally up to date, it is better suited for families than a business trip.

4. The rooms are generally smaller than other Residence Inn, it is NYC after all, so can't expect giant rooms.

7. I had a lot of problems with the hotel and contacted Corporate, and because the general Manager responded directly and was willing to make what's right, I'm giving this hotel a 2 instead of a 1.
