1. In general a very good hotel but like all of the other hotels these days in NYC a bit pricey.

3. we would like to point out the manager's ( thank you Melissa )understanding to satisfy our need to lower the bed to the wheelchair's height (something that most hotels we got in touch with didn't want to bother ) the staff was friendly and helpful , the complimentary breakfast , the free wi-fi and the kitchenette are definetely a plus.

7. The reception staff were very helpful, the rooms were large and the beds and pillows were so soft and comfyI especially liked the guest laundry, so many washers and dryers to use so you could wash during your stay which was a big plus.
