1. Four elevators serve the hotel so we never had much of a wait except going downstairs Saturday when several elevators stopped but were too full to admit us.

3. We frankly didn't really take advantage of any view except on New Years' Eve - we were close enough to Times Square to hear the crowds and could see the overflow crowd from Times Square.
