1. Negatives: the curved rod on the shower made the bathroom even more crowded when the door was opened, during busy tmes you could wait up to 10-15 minutes for elevator, and the night snacks were minimal (had much more of a spread at other Residence Inns), and would have loved a small desk for my laptop instead of the kitchen bar.

3. fantastic location near everything without the hussle and close to the cozy Bryant Park (which we loved) our room was spacious with a convenient disabled bathroom and as a treat there was a marvellous view of the Emprire State Building .

8. Our rooms were on the 4th floor-----my view was really bad--the window was blocked on both left, right and bottom by buildings/roof, BUT I loved it because it was sooooo quiet.
