I found the crowds typical of a larger hotel, and to their credit, not only did management open up other rooms to accommodate the breakfast crowds on the weekend, but they also left a message on the phone to guests to suggest they eat breakfast on the early side in order to avoid the largest crowds.

10. Yulia, at the front desk was very accommodating to all of our requests and made sure we were happy with every aspect of our stay, even moving us up a floor to ensure both us and our friends' rooms were on the same floor.
