Front desk service friendly - immediatly took bags for storage as we early - room very clean - Ksize bed very comfortable - 27th floor quiet - great view of ESB - Fridge clean and makes lots ice for pop / cocktails - generous hot breakfast w lots of tables/chairs - free newspapers incl Sun NY Times - elevators are fast and reliable - location convenient to subway and walking distance to many attractions - Bryant Park is beautiful respite across the street - We will return to this hotel on our next trip to NYC.
