7. For the high price guests are paying for valet, much better service is needed, and it should be common sense to have enough valet drivers and bellmen on duty during a busy checkout time on the weekend.

8. Worst thing I can say is the vanity faucet had a water saver/aerator on it that restricted the flow enough to make us use the kitchen sink, and the room lighting could have been better.

9. This was my second visit to this hotel for business and while it is convenient, offers a nice breakfast buffet, is clean and generally up to date, it is better suited for families than a business trip.
