1. The positives: 2 minute walk to Bryant Park/42nd street station, about five minutes to Times Square station, Good breakfast, Full sized frig, safe big enough for your laptop, comfy bed.

4. I wasn't quite sure what to expect comparing my previous experiences with Residence Inn (big rooms with lots of amenities) and what you normally get in New York City (very small rooms).

10. The reception staff were very helpful, the rooms were large and the beds and pillows were so soft and comfyI especially liked the guest laundry, so many washers and dryers to use so you could wash during your stay which was a big plus.
