4. The location was very good walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and there where a few shops behind the hotel and was a short walk to Lincoln Road mall.

7. The TV was super small but we didnt even turn it on the whole trip so didn't really care and as the other reviews stated the carpet was very dirty and the sofas had some stains on them, but I never walk on carpet with out house shoes so it didnt really bother me, I do understand they are updating their rooms, besides that the room was very clean and smelled good.

9. The staff was very nice and polite and tried to be helpful, but my impression was they were trying to run a hotel and just weren't very good at it.
