1. They made us wait in the rain for 5 hours before they gave us a room because the lobby isn't big enough for people to sit and wait.

10. There is no big neon sign that says 'the Strand', only tasteful little markers outside 4 adjoining buildings on Ocean Drive between 10th and 11th Streets.
