2. Our room was rarely cleaned before 3 or 4 in the afternoon and you could tell they did a minimal job of cleaning.

3. I understand that rooms have to be clean but when you know some one is coming and it was confirmed I think they should have let me know that we couldn't check in until 4pm.

4. The owners attempted to modernize this boutique hotel, but could have put that effort into cleaning carpets, furniture, and bathroom floors.

5. Had to visit a convience store to purchase lysol bathroom disinfectant to clean our bathroom because housekeeping did not use bleach or any type of disinfectant cleaner.

6. Air con ice cold, rooms clean and no real issues with noise either which we were initially worried about.

7. It could use some spot cleaning as there were many stains, but in general the room was immaculate.

The TV was super small but we didnt even turn it on the whole trip so didn't really care and as the other reviews stated the carpet was very dirty and the sofas had some stains on them, but I never walk on carpet with out house shoes so it didnt really bother me, I do understand they are updating their rooms, besides that the room was very clean and smelled good.
