1. The staff seemed not to care that we had to walk up several flights and the manager only could say.

3. The TV was super small but we didnt even turn it on the whole trip so didn't really care and as the other reviews stated the carpet was very dirty and the sofas had some stains on them, but I never walk on carpet with out house shoes so it didnt really bother me, I do understand they are updating their rooms, besides that the room was very clean and smelled good.

4. after a fews days of being ignore we just stop going and started looking around for another hotel for our next trip in south beach because never and I mean NEVER will we go back to this hotel because the no 1 thing in the hotel business is the client and they did not take care of us, and a clean room is not too much to ask, I can live with the small TV but not dirt.

5. (by the way I will never use this company again and advise anyone not to use American Airlines ever, bad policies and the most un-professional customer service) Eloy contacted them, retrieved all the missing paperwork and assured us that everything will be taken cared of.

6. I did have a few matinence issues during my stay, but the staff was quick to take care of them.

10. Only negative-the faucet in the shower fell off when you adjusted it-you had to be very careful.
