1. The beach was very large, had soft white sand, and the lagoon they have created is always very calm no matter what the wind conditions are.

3. The spa services were top notch - I splurged and got both a coconut body scrub which left my skin sooo soft (if only for a little while) and I had an 80 min couples massage with my husband, which was the best I've had ever.

4. It is relatively small, but the crescent of sand is soft and really a great place to swim for both adults and kids because it is a protected bay and no waves at all come in there, making the water very peaceful.

We got back to the room one evening after dinner, and there was soft hawaiian music playing on a CD player, there were orchids arranged in a heart shape on the bed, orchid petals were placed all around the floor and in the bathtub, there were a bunch of candles set up around the bath, and there was cold champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us.
