5. What is up with the ground floor rooms? Does the Fairmont hotel start at level 2 or 3? Is the ground floor managed by a different company like best western?Other than that we had a great stay.

6. They had one in a small room that was without air-conditioning and charged to use it like it was a cheap Internet Cafe.

7. Granted, my review is most likely based partially on how much pleasure we derived from our Hawaiian trip in its entirety, but the Fairmont Orchid definitely played a part in making our first trip to Hawaii our best holiday/vacation ever.

8. Not a big deal but an appreciated benefit at the Orchid; who likes to jig/ jag around other guests first thing in the morning just to have breakfast?We commend the Fairmont for not nickle and diming the guest .
