3. Toward the end of our stay, we would go to the spa and use the sauna and steam room for free as President's Club members during any free time we had.

4. We did see a large 4 inch cockroach on the wall of the bottom floor of the North Tower (right across from the elevators) on our last evening, but we felt our room was clean and cockroach free.

5. It costs nothing to join the President's club, which you can do online from their website, and it grants you free wi-fi, free access to the fitness center as well as the steam room and sauna in the spa, 10% off spa treatments and free Taylor Made golf club rentals.

6. As President's Club members, we had free use of the resort's golf clubs, which were brand new when we used them first (the resort literally had to take the plastic off both our clubs) and the guys in front remembered our names everytime we came back to rent clubs.
