4. What is up with the ground floor rooms? Does the Fairmont hotel start at level 2 or 3? Is the ground floor managed by a different company like best western?Other than that we had a great stay.

9. We did the Gathering of the Kings Luau on the Saturday night which was fantastic - it cost $102 per person and we got great food (again, they prepared a special meal for me), a great show, and unlimited cocktails (the mai tai's were fantastic).
