Highlights:- Upgraded to a suite upon arrival (two balconies, two TVs, powder bath, space galore)- Gold lounge provided free breakfast/snacks/beverages- Dining experience at Brown's Beach House at sunset was beyond words- Kami assisted us with itinerary/reservations two weeks before we arrived- Patricia extended checkout to 6pm, allowing us a full day of activities before leaving- Stacy rearranged our next day's itinerary and made helicopter reservations within hours- Hotel provided complementary workout shoes/shorts/shirts for both of us daily- Saw turtles, gulls, and manta rays in/around the protected area near the beach- Bell/Valet staff confirmed directions/locations/ETAs and gave good recommendations- Spa facilities and public restrooms were elegant and clean- Food and service was great at all the restaurants (we tried all except Luana Lounge)- Lexus dropoff/pickup service for one of our toursHaving said all this, I must note that we were staying at the hotel during a slower period.
