3. Place is SO OLD and gross looking, it seems deserted, beds are not your typical awesome Starwood beds, hot tub is not hot, toilet has one of those industrial flushers (like in public bathrooms), slide is broken, lights flicker in the guest room hallways, kids running everywhere, etc etc etc.

6. I don't know if I set my expectations too high for this hotel since I have stayed at other resorts like Fairmont and Marriott, but I will not choose to stay at this hotel again.
