Minor inconveniences, but they add up and put us in a frame of mind where other small things stick out, like the
uncomfortable
bathrobes (a kimpton-wide thing, do they use too much bleach and destroy the cotton?).

The problem is that the glass is poorly insulated and the shades do not cover all the windows so I had bright lights from the apartment building next door shining in as well as a constant draft that made working at the desk
uncomfortable
and controlling the overall temperature in the room extremely difficult.

It may cost a bit more, but why risk losing sleep and being
uncomfortable
? We'll definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I had was the sofa sleeper which my friend was going to use was very
uncomfortable
so we called downstairs and they brought up a new mattress immediately but it still was
uncomfortable
so we ended up sharing the King bed upstairs which was extremely comfortable.

The beds were really
uncomfortable
and neither my wife or I had a good nights sleep on the four nights we stayed there.
