1. Pros - great location (very close to transit, food trucks, shopping, etc), amazing staff (let us check in early, always answered questions with smiles), great wine reception (free wine, no more needs to be said), clean room, comfy bedCons - lacking some amenities in the room (a shower cap would be nice, more space in the bathroom, shower soap not just gel), very bad view (dirty inner part of hotel building next door and some sort of office that we could see into) fitness center is TINY (hubby probably couldnt jump because would hit head on ceiling, no mats), no pool or hot tubOverall, this is a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

2. We were awakened by the neighbor shutting the door late at night and awakened by them opening their drapes (which was very loud and shows the lack of insulation).

4. It was a bit much so I went back down to 'downgrade' to a larger and more sanitary situation, after they argued with me that the hot tub was cleaned every day, they moved me to another room which was much larger but lacked any windows.

5. She put us in a suite on the 8th floor and although it lacked a window, she assured us that it would be quiet, and it was.

7. I have been reviewing hotel rooms for years and am fussy about a good and quiet night`s sleep on a GOOD mattress, soft sheets, down pillows, comfortable seating, large desk, space for both of our bathroom toilitires (*which was lacking here) and most of all, bright lighting for reading.
