1. The bed the most comfy I have slept on, the linens all upscale, room temp easily controlled and luxurious drapings on the windows made it seem like a cozy hideaway from that terrible weather.

2. I stayed for business in December, during that terrible time of ice and snow, the staff were incredible when it came to trying to get around the city frozen in the depths of icy crust.
