1. Ambient noise:The street noise was as expected in downtown (Portland is a pretty quiet town), but internally there was a permanent loud and un-turn-offable rotating fan hum, even with the aircon off, which disturbed sleep.

5. i spent 30 minutes working with technical support trying to resolve the issue without successthe spa tub was average, low pressure and very loud ( runniung water noise came through the sink in the suite).

9. Smaller hotel with very comfortable rooms (double Queen beds instead of Full - great when there are 4 in a room) and not much city noise even for being in the middle of downtown.
