1. Our room was on the Washington St side and it was pretty noisy in early evening and early morning, which isn't unheard of in the city.

4. Our only issues with the room we were in was that it had a jetted tub which was fine for us (we didn't use it) but the rooms surrounding us also had them and those people did use them, at 2am, and that was noisy.
