5. i spent 30 minutes working with technical support trying to resolve the issue without successthe spa tub was average, low pressure and very loud ( runniung water noise came through the sink in the suite).

6. Be sure to ask for a room on the upper floor ( 9 floors I think ) as the traffic on the street can be loud at times.

8. We were awakened by the neighbor shutting the door late at night and awakened by them opening their drapes (which was very loud and shows the lack of insulation).
